履带车辆静液驱动泵马达排量控制特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对履带车辆的变量泵-变量马达静液驱动系统,分析了变量泵和变量马达的排量控制特性,建立了变量泵和变量马达排量控制机构数学模型和静液驱动系统仿真模型,通过对静液驱动系统动态响应特性的试验和仿真结果对比分析,表明所研究的泵马达排量分段控制方法能获得较好的稳定性及响应速度,提出了设定起始控制电流为排量控制死区最大电流的想法,从而减小了泵马达排量控制死区非线性对动态响应特性的不利影响。
