2012年12月,国务院批复《辽河流域综合规划》。历时5年的辽河流域综合规划修编工作圆满完成,全面转入规划的实施阶段。回顾规划编制过程中对相关问题的思考和定位,进一步把握规划精髓,保证规划成果的顺利实施,促进流域经济社会又好又快发展具有重要意义。

The comprehensive planning of Liaohe river basin is approved by the State Council in December 2012.With duration time of 5 years,the comprehensive planning revision of Liaohe river basin is satisfactorily completed,then its time to the implementation phase for the planning.Reviewing the locating and thinking of the relevant issues during the process of the planning compilation could capture further the essence of planning and ensure the implementation of the planning result,which has the great significance for the sound and fast development of basin economy and society.
