The paper analyzes and discusses the important problems during the compilation process of comprehensive planning of Songhuajiang river basin,the problems include the location of North-to-South water transfer project,basin water resources allocation,the irrigation development ideas,the relationship treatment between development and conservation,the task adjustment of Fengman hydropower stations,and so on.
