摘要
在华人社会,面子、人情和回报是联系在一起的。教育领导顾及面子的行为举止是一种文化现象。面子在某些情况下会涉及道德,在另一些情况下可以不涉及道德。教育领导伤及道德性的面子问题,违背了伦理道德。教育领导在争取社会地位或掌控社会资源时,在社会性面子方面就会出现道德问题,做一些言不由衷的敷衍事情:做事如作戏,搞面子工程;重名轻实,为了面子不求真求实;碍于形象塑造,展现权威,展现面子;在自己的关系圈内进行人情和面子的交换。对于教育领导的道德性面子问题,应该从制度和法律上来规范,同时要加强教育领导的个人修养,杜绝这类脸面性的道德问题;对于社会性的面子问题,教育领导应该以学术、教师和学生的发展作为社会赞许取向的成就。
In the Chinese society,face,favor and reward are mutually linked.It is a cultural phenomenon for educational leaders to take into consideration their faces.Face sometimes involves morality,but sometimes not.If educational leaders take account of face but do harm to morality,it will be the violation of ethical morality.Educational leaders will be insincere in doing some things due to the human relationship or face when they struggle for the social status or social resources.They work as if they are acting in a play and always do the face projects;they prefer fame to reality,and will sacrifice truth and reality for the face;they will display authority and face due to the image-building;and they will exchange something with favor and face in their own relations circle.Therefore,as to the moral face of educational leaders,it is necessary to regulate it by means of system and law,and at the same times,to strengthen their personal quality in order to put an end to the moral problems of face.And as for the social problem of face,educational leaders should regard the development of school,teachers and children as their achievements deserving the praise from the society.
