摘要
合理的义务教育教师绩效工资政策必须能够满足不同主体的价值选择,充分发挥工资的激励性作用,适合教育发展的规律,促进义务教育的健康发展。目前,义务教育教师绩效工资政策存在着价值冲突问题、公平与效率问题以及激励的有效性问题等。制定合理的义务教育教师绩效工资政策应该有效消除义务教育教师绩效工资政策中的价值冲突,统一义务教育教师绩政工资政策的公平与效率,提高义务教育教师绩效工资激励作用的有效性。
Reasonable pay policy of compulsory education teacher performance is to satisfy different main value choices, give a full play to the role of wage incentives, suit the law of development of education, and promote the healthy de- velopment of compulsory education. Currently there exist such problems as value conflicts, fairness and efficiency, and ef- fectiveness of encouragement in the pay policy of compulsory education teacher performance. Reasonable wage policy of compulsory education teacher performance should effectively eliminate the conflicts of value, unify the educational equity and efficiency, and improve the effectiveness of encouragement.
