Value and Action:Moral Education from the Perspective of Cross-cultural Communication

经济全球化迅猛发展的延伸结果便是文化全球化的形成,其蕴含的多元文化、价值相对主义等思潮令人目不暇接。世界各国都必须回应一个真实而又迫切的价值命题,即面对形态各异的文化全球化思潮,道德教育应当秉持何种价值,采取何种行动响应。在跨文化交往视域下,价值理性是道德教育的核心要素,价值引导是道德教育的必要条件,优秀传统文化是道德教育的价值资源,跨文化交往是道德教育的价值始点,跨文化比较是道德教育的借鉴力量。

Rapid development of economic globalization has resulted in the formation of cultural globalization which contains dizzying ideological trends like multiple cultures, value relativism and so on. The world must respond to a real and urgent value proposition： what values moral education should uphold and what action to take to deal with it when faced with different trends of cultural globalization. From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, value rationality is the core element of moral education; value guidance is the necessary condition of moral education; outstanding traditional culture is the value resource of moral education; cross-cultural communication is the value starting point of moral education; and cross-cultural comparison is the reference power of moral education.
