摘要
提出了一种新型的三相三电平逆变电路,并详细分析了该电路的运行机理,通过与传统的二极管钳位型三电平逆变电路比较,说明了该电路所具有能够平衡所有器件的损耗的优点。并在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行仿真,通过分析发现,该电路能够用目前主流的三电平调制方法进行调制,避免了新算法的开发需求。
Abstract: A novel three-phase three-level inverter circuit is proposed, and the working principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail. In contrast with the traditional NPC three-level circuit, this circuit has merits to balance loss of all device. And in the Matlab/Simulink environment,the simulation analysis shows that the circuit can be applied in current mainstream three-level modulation method, avoiding a new algorithm development demand.
