摘要
科学的工艺规程设计是保证零件的合格率和生产率的重要前提。文中结合新型连续油管作业机四链夹持机构,主要对其零件夹块的机械加工工艺进行分析,设计科学的加工工艺,保证零件的合格率和生产率。设计了两种加工方案,分别讨论两种方案如何保证零件精度以及两种加工方法的特点。分别通过刀具变形分析来选择合理的切削用量和改变加工方案等方面考虑来保证夹块精度,以达到使用要求。
Scientific mechanical process design is an important premise to guarantee the qualified rate and productivity of parts,this article based on the four chain clamping mechanism of the new type coiled tubing machine. The mechanism process technology of the fixture block is analyzed, the processing technology to ensure qualification rate and productivity of the parts is designed. The design of two kinds of processing scheme is presented, two schemes are discussed for ensuring parts accuracy and the characteristics of two kinds of processing methods. The tool deformation analysis is used to select the rational cutting parameter and change the processing scheme for ensuring clamp block accuracy, to achieve the use requirement.
