摘要
数控车床手动移门的导轮因机械磨损导致开关困难,增加了操作者的劳动强度。为解决此类问题,同时考虑到操作安全,对数控车床手动移门进行光电安全改造,从而降低了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率,保证了操作安全。
Some NC lathe manual sliding door pulley had led to switch problems due to mechanical wear, and it would increase the labor intensity of the operator. In order to solve this problem, while taking into account the safe operation, photoelectric safety transformation of NC lathe manual shift gate was performed to reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency and ensure safe operation.
