摘要
在热挤压模具钢3Cr2W8V的热处理过程中,预先热处理温度、最终热处理淬火温度和两次回火温度都对其最终的机械性能有一定的影响。文中通过正交试验,寻找达到适合硬度的热处理工艺参数,满足使用要求。
In the heat treatment technology of extrusion die steel 3Cr2W8v, the pre-heat treatment temperature, quenching temperature of final heat treatment and twice tempering temperature are all have some affect to the final mechanical properties. By the orthogonal experimental, a heat treatment process parameters for the suitable hardness is obtained to meet the requirements.
