摘要 根据环形弹簧的几何特性,采用轴对称单元和接触单元,对环形弹簧进行有限元分析,得到其内外圆环的应力分布情况。并将有限元计算结果与公式计算结果进行比较。结果表明:外圆环最大应力的公式计算结果约是有限元计算结果的1.2倍;内圆环最大应力的公式计算结果约是有限元计算结果的0.9倍。 According to the geometric characteristics of the ring spring, the finite element analysis with the axisymmetric element and contact element were used to calculate the stress distribution of the internal and external ring. And the results of finite element calculation and the results of the formula were compared. The results showed that, the formula results of the maximum stress in the external ring were 1.2 times of the finite element, the formula results the maximum stress in the internal ring were 0.9 times of the finite element results.
