摘要
以西门子G110变频器为例,阐述变频调速控制的三种方法,重点论述基于USS协议的网络控制原理及方法。最后将基于USS协议的变频调速控制技术应用于柔性生产线的输送单元设计,完成其同步控制及分散控制的需求,满足了生产线各工作台之间的工件精确配送要求。
Taking Siemens GllO converter as an example, three methods of frequency control are discussed, the network control principle and method are introduced based on USS protocol. Finally the USS protocol control technique is applied in the conveying unit of the flexible produetion line to meet requirements of the precise distribution between the workpiece worktable in production line.
