摘要
在研究FANUC 0i-MC数控系统参数和宏程序的基础上,提出了基于宏程序功能的FANUC 0i-MC数控系统用户指令开发方法,并开发出圆腔铣削加工用户指令,用以简化基于零件特征的手工编程,提高编程效率。
User instruction development method for the FANUC 0i-MC system is proposed based on macro program Based on the study of FANUC 0i-MC NC system parameters and macro program, a milling instruction for circular shaped cavity is developed, which simplifies manual programming based on the model feature, and improves programming efficiency.
