摘要
基于802S系统的数控车床维修实训平台具有数控系统的连接、调试、通讯、诊断维修等各项功能。文中介绍了实训平台的数控装置、电源、刀架模块、I/O模块、进给驱动、主轴变频系统等模块的设计。
Lathe experimental platform based on 802S system has such functions as NC system connection, debugging, communication, maintenance. The design of CNC module, power, tool module, I/O board, feed drive and frequency conversion system of spindle are introduced.
