摘要
使用有限元方法对过盈配合薄板轧辊体分别进行过盈接触和模态分析,得到了该传动轴在过盈量0.08mm时各部件应力,最大应力为298.12MPa。同时得到前4阶固有频率,最低固有频率对应的临界转速为7612r/min。计算结果表明,该轧辊体有良好的强度和刚度,工作转速低于最小临界转速。
Interference fit and modal analysis is carried out by using FEM for sheet roller. Stress are obtained from the analysis when the interference is 0.08mm. The max vonMises is 298.12MPa. frequency and critical speed are also obtained. The conclusion is sheet roller has enough strength and stiffness, and the rated speed is lower than the critical speed.
