摘要
对38CrMoAlA、LZQT500-7两种材料的柱塞泵摩擦副进行不同工艺处理,通过磨损实验分析寻求与之适应的最佳表面处理技术。实验结果表明,38CrMoAlA氮化后表面等离子喷涂二硫化钼固体润滑膜与QT500-7(氮化)的配对的磨损量最小,效果最佳。
Through the analysis of different treatment processes on the effects of riction pair of piston pump with 38CrMoAIA and LZQTS00-7. Seek the best surface treatment technology. The experimental results,The minimum amount of wear with pairing of 38CrMoA1A nitriding surface plasma spraying molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant film and QT500-7(nitriding)and the effect is best.
