密封柱塞镍磷基纳米SiC-PTFE复合镀研究

摘要 柱塞尤其是大型柱塞的表面处理对于柱塞使用效果影响巨大。文中对柱塞表面处理采用镍磷基纳米SiC-PTFE复合镀的复合镀层进行试验研究,简要介绍了研究采用的试验设备、方法和工艺流程,重点对镀层的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性进行了研究,最后得出该镀层适于柱塞的表面处理的结论。 Pillars, especially large pillars' surface quality is largely affected by treating method. In this paper, the research that using Ni-P Based nano-SiC-PTFE to treat pillar surface was carried out. First experimental facilities needed in research, experimental method and experimental deposition parameter were introduced briefly. Second the coating hardness experiment, wear experiment and corrosion resistance experiment were mainly studied. At last the conclusion that the coating is fit to treat the pillar especially large pillar was obtained.
