一种液态密封胶性能研究

Performance Research of One Kind of Fluid Sealant

主要对一种液态密封胶的密封性能进行了研究。通过两个循环的高低温环境试验,证明了该液态密封胶在低温状态下因产生形变,会丧失部分密封功能,但是在室温状态下,形变能够迅速恢复,重新具备一定密封功能。通过红外光谱试验证明了环试前后,密封胶的有效成分没有发生改变。因此,该密封胶可以作为一种辅助的密封材料而使用。

The performance of one kind of fluid sealant is discussed.By high-low temperature environmental test,it proves that the low temperature can cause the sealant shape changed,and affect the performance of the sealant,which can recover when the temperature come back to normal atmospheric temperature.By infrared spectrum analysis,it proves that the available composition of the sealant is not changed after temperature environmental test,so this fluid sealant can be used as one kind of assist sealing material.
