目前,我国已经进入了一个以知识型人力资本作为发展依托的新型经济发展期,人才资源已经成为企业竞争力的核心,企业之间的竞争也主要依靠知识型人力资源,因此,提高人力资本的质量也成为发展经济和提高企业竞争力的关键性因素,加强人力资本创新,促进知识增值,是提高人力资本管理效率的重要途径。
