肛肠疾病术后疼痛原因分析及止痛方法的应用

Analysis of postoperative pain causes and application experience of analgesic method of anorectal diseases

目的总结分析肛肠疾病术后疼痛的原因以及止痛方法。方法将120例肛肠疾病患者分为观察组和对照组,分别给予不同的止痛方案,观察两组患者的术后疼痛情况,对疼痛的相关因素进行分析。结果观察组患者的术后疼痛情况显著优于对照组,有效减轻了术后疼痛及相关并发症,明显有助于术后恢复。结论肛肠疾病的术后疼痛与解剖、麻醉方法、手术方法、术中及术后操作等因素相关,相应的止痛方法效果良好。

Objective To summarize and analyze the causes of postoperative pain and application experience of analgesic method of anorectal diseases.Methods One hundred and twenty anorectal diseases patients were divived into observation group and control group.Both groups were given different analgesia scheme.The patients’ pain situation of postoperation was observed,then the related factors of postoperative pain were analyzed.Results The postoperative pain situation of patients in observation group were better than that in control group,the postoperative pain relieved and complication reduced,and it contributed to postoperative recovery.Conclusion The postoperative pain of anorectal diseases was related to anatomy,anesthesia,surgical method,intraoperative and postoperative operating,and the relevant analgesic method was effective.
