全胃切除食管空肠单层排线吻合法的临床应用

Clinical application of total gastrectomy jejunal esophageal anastomosis single cable

目的探讨食管空肠单层排线吻合法预防术后吻合口漏的疗效。方法分析1987年10月至2012年5月连续119例进展期胃癌全胃切除食管空肠单层排线吻合法的临床结果。结果手术死亡率为1.68%(2/119)。存活的117例中,术后均未发生吻合口漏和吻合口狭窄。有3例(2.52%)术后发生轻度返流性食管炎。结论食管空肠单层排线吻合法可减少进展期胃癌全胃切除术后吻合口并发症,简单、易学、安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total gastrectomy jejunal esophageal anastomosis single cable on preventing postoperative anastomotic leak.Methods The clinical outcomes of 119 patients with advanced gastric cancer underwent total gastrectomy jejunal esophageal anastomosis single cable,admitted from October 1987 to May 2012 were analyzed.Results The operative mortality was 1.68%（2/119）.There was no postoperative anastomotic leakage or anastomiotic stricture occured in the 117 survival cases.Three cases（2.52%） patients had mild reflux esophagitis.Conclusion It is valuable about Budesonide inhalation in childrenwith asthma,the advantage of definite effect,and rapid recovery.Suggest further promotion in clinical.Jejunal esophageal anatomosis single cable can reduce the postoperative anastomotic complications of advanced gastric cancer total gastrectomy,and was easy,safe and effective.
