摘要
老年退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDHVD)是指心脏瓣膜结缔组织发生退行性变、纤维化、钙化所引起瓣膜和(或)其支架的功能异常,主要累及主动脉瓣及二尖瓣,引起瓣膜狭窄及关闭不全。超声心动图是诊断SDHVD并进行评估的主要手段。目前尚无研究证实非手术治疗可以有效延缓并阻止SDHVD的进展,外科手术治疗是治疗本病的最主要方法,同时,迅速发展起来的介入治疗技术为本病治疗带来了新希望。
Senile degenerative heart valvular disease is degeneration,fibros and calcification of heart valvular connoctive tissue,it lead to function impairment of heart valvules and its support.Valvular calcification mostly involved in aortic valve and mitral valve,causing valvular stenosis and mitral regurgitation.Ultrasonography for heart is the mainly diagnosis basis and assessment of SDHVD.At present,there was no study confirms non-surgical therapy can effectively relieve and prevent the development of SDHVD,and surgical treatment was the main method.And interventional therapy is a new technology which bring hope for the treatment.
