选择性口咽部脱污染对老年全身麻醉手术患者术后肺部并发症的影响

Effect of selective oropharyngeal decontamination on pulmonary complications of elderly general anesthesia patients

目的探讨术前及术后应用选择性口咽部脱污染(SOD)技术对老年全身麻醉手术患者术后肺部并发症的影响。方法选择2011年1月至2012年11月深圳市宝安区福永人民医院普外科实施全身麻醉手术老年患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规口腔护理,实验组在此基础上在口腔护理中应用SOD技术,比较两组患者术后肺部并发症的发生率。结果实验组发生肺部并症6例(12%),对照组18例(36%),实验组患者肺部并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在口腔护理中应用SOD技术可以有效降低老年手术患者术后肺部并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of selective oropharyngeal decontamination（SOD） on pulmonary complications of elderly general anesthesia patients.Methods One hundred elderly general anesthesia patients were randomly divided into the experimental group（50 cases） and the control group（50 cases）.Patients in control group were given conventional oral-health care,and patients in experimental group were received SOD in oral care based on the conventional oral-health care.The incidence of pulmonary complications postoperation were compared between the two groups.Results There were 6 patients（12%） with pulmonary complications in experimental group,and there were 18 patients（36%） with pulmonary complications in control group.The incidence of pulmonary complications between the two groups was significant（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion The application of SOD before and after surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications of elderly general anesthesia patients.
