摘要 以某小型挖掘机柴油机为研究对象,分析了几种能够实现内部EGR的方法,提出采用双峰排气凸轮,即排气门在进气行程后期二次开启的方法来实现内部EGR。对排气小凸轮的升程、包角和位置进行了优化,分析了双峰排气凸轮对该柴油机的NOx排放、功率和油耗率的影响,并进行了柴油机EPA八工况法排放测量来验证优化的结果。 Several methods of achieving internal EGR are analyzed with the diesel engine of a small excavator as the research object. The adoption of double-peak exhaust cam which makes the exhaust valve second open is adopted to achieve internal EGR is put forward. The stroke, wrap angle and position of the little cam are op- timized and the effect of double-peak exhaust cam on NOx emission, power and fuel consumption ratio of the diesel engine is analyzed. Then the emission testing of the diesel engine under EPA eight conditions is made to identify the optimization result.
