摘要
基于AVL-BOOST软件,使用增压器简单模型对某款增压中冷汽油机进行增压器匹配研究。通过计算模型的标定,计算结果和试验数据能够很好地吻合,证明计算模型的准确性。在标定模型的基础上,使用一款较小流量增压器进行匹配计算,并与原机性能进行对比。计算结果表明,新压气机的喘振余量和堵塞余量均有改善,同时发动机低端扭矩得到提高。
The simplified turbocharger model is employed to investigate the turbocharger matching of an inter- cooling gasoline engine based on AVL-BOOST software. By calibrating the calculation model, the calculated results and test data can be kept consistent well, which verifies the accuracy of calculation model. On the ba- sis of the calibration model, a low flow supercharger is intended for the matching calculation and compared with the original one. The calculation result indicates that surge margin and choke margin of new compressor are considerably improved. Furthermore, the low-end torque of engine is substantially enhanced as well.
