摘要 应用UG软件的模块集成功能,建立车架结构高度仿真的三维模型和有限元分析模型,快速有效地进行车架静力学和动力学特性分析,研究车架结构设计在静载荷下性能的符合性以及在动载荷下的模态参数和振动特性。经分析研究力学特性,找到车架结构设计上的缺陷,有针对性地提出结构改进方案,并再次进行有限元分析和验证。通过改进方案的比对分析,得到符合约束条件和工艺要求的车架设计方案。 The integrated module for CAD and CAE of UG is applied to establish a more effective simulation model which contains three dimensional digital model and finite element analysis model, which are engaged in the dynamic and kinematic analysis for the frame of motorcycle. The frame structure is analyzed to check its performance under static load and its mode parameter and vibration characteristics under dynamic load. Then the design fault of frame is studied to make an improvement design to the frame, and the frame is analyzed by finite element method again to check its performance. After several refined designs for the frame in compari- son, the final design project of frame is developed which is in accordance with constraints and technique re- quirement.
