摘要
作为一项富有成效的制度安排,发展私募股权投资基金有着重要而现实的经济功能,在当前我国私募股权投资基金应用分析的基础上,提出了相应的发展策略。
As an effective system arrangement, the development of private equity investment fund is of impor tant and practical economic function, This paper, based on the analysis of the current development of private equity investment fund application, proposes the corresponding development strategy.
