弹体侵彻混凝土靶板过载特性的典型理论模型比较分析

摘要 总结已有弹体侵彻混凝土靶板的过载计算模型,选取相关试验结果与理论计算结果进行对比,结果表明,当弹体入靶速度较低时,将弹丸视为弹性弹体、耦合应力波叠加效应所建立的弹体侵彻混凝土靶板的过载计算模型,在不同侵彻阶段的过载量、过载持续时间和过载变化趋势与试验所得结果吻合最好。试验和理论结果均显示:弹体侵彻混凝土时其过载具有在刚体过载基础上的振动叠加响应特性,加速度曲线中的高频成分是弹体系统的结构响应;而当入靶速度较高时,弹体的塑性变形和应力波传播耦合等引起的弹体结构响应产生的过载叠加信号不可忽略。分析结果可为信号处理时确定合适的滤波截止频率以及过载安定性和可靠性评估提供理论参考。 Computational models for the acceleration characteristics of projectiles penetrating concrete targets are summarized. Measured acceleration characteristics from publications are used to test and verify the credibility of these computational models. Results show that when the striking velocity is low, the predicted acceleration versus time curves from the penetration model taking the stress wave effect and oscillation of elastic projectiles into account agree with the corresponding experimental data best. Both the theoretical and experimental results show that the ac- celeration versus time curves can be divided into rigid acceleration and stress wave induced acceleration. In the ac- celeration versus time curves, those high frequency components are caused by the structural response of projectiles. When the striking velocity of projectiles is relatively high, the coupled acceleration signals caused by the plastic de- formation of projectiles and stress wave propagation could not be neglected. These results provide basis for determi- ning low pass frequency of filtering.
