阿托品与碳酸氢钠合用抢救兔急性有机磷中毒的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 给家兔静脉注射 10 0g/L敌百虫溶液 ,使之发生重度急性有机磷中毒 ,经用药物进行抢救 ,比较阿托品合用碳酸氢钠与单独使用阿托品的抢救效果。结果表明 ,阿托品与碳酸氢钠可以配伍应用 ,而且较单独用阿托品的效果好 ,痊愈率达 10 0 %;在伴发酸中毒及全身各器官组织代谢障碍、机能下降时 。
