摘要
针对文献传递服务机构存在文献传递数量少、服务质量不高、版权问题悬而未决、专业技术人才匮乏以等诸多问题,分析了文献传递业务面临信息需求量不断增加、馆藏资源不足、电子扫描与互联网技术支持等诸多机遇,从争取解决版权问题的主动权、加大从业人员的培训力度、提高读者使用文献传递平台获取信息资源的信息意识3个方面探讨了提高文献传递与服务质量的应对策略。
The opportunities of literature delivery, provided by the increasing demand of information, short of li- brary holdings, support of electronic scanning and Internet technology for academic library, were analyzed in terms of the small number of papers delivered, poor literature delivery service, unsettled copyright, and lack of literature delivery service professionals in literature delivery service - proving institutions.
