目的确保临床安全用药,减少不良反应、药源性疾病的发生。方法对药物的不良反应(ADRs)发生的原因以及特殊人群合理用药进行了分析,并且及时纠正不合理用药,了解专业领域的知识,查阅文献,参与药物不良反应的收集和报告工作,评价药物不良反应,给医护人员提供正确用药信息。结果为确保药品使用的安全、有效、合理,减少药源性疾病的发生,提出了一些解决办法。结论现行的研究方法和手段与人们对药物安全的期望尚有相当的距离,需要在实践中不断完善,以确保临床用药安全,防止药品不良反应的重复发生。

Objective To ensure the clinical safety of medication, reduce the adverse reactions and incidence of drug-induced diseases. Method Adverse drug reactions （ADRs）, and rational drug use in special populations was analyzed and promptly corrected the improper use of medicines, knowledge of the areas of expertise, literature review, participate in the collection and reporting of adverse drug reactions, the evaluation of adverse drug reactions, to the medical staff to provide the correct medication information. Result To ensure the safety of the drug use, effective, reasonable, and reduce the incidence of drug-induced diseases, proposed some solutions. Conclusion The current research methods and means of drug safety are well below expectations, need constantly improved practice, in order to ensure the safety of clinical medicine, prevent the recurrence of adverse drug reactions.
