超声对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的诊断及临床价值

Diagnostic and clinical value of ultrosound on ovarian endometriotic cysts

目的探讨子宫内膜异位囊肿的超声图像特征及诊断价值。方法对经腹超声或阴道超声诊断为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的83例患者进行回顾性分析。结果卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿可呈单侧或双侧性,图像表现为盆腔出现圆形、椭圆形、少数不规则型囊性或囊实性肿块。肿块内部图像特征主要表现三种类型:囊实性回声型、密集光点型、稀疏光点型。全部病例均经病理证实,诊断符合率为90.36%。结论超声检查是诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的首选方法,能够为妇科手术提供良好的影像诊断和鉴别诊断信息。

Objective To explore the ultrasonic image feature and its clinical value in the ovarian endometriotic cysts. Methods A retrospective analysis were made upon 83 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound. Results Ovarian endometrial cyst was unilateral or bilateral and the images manifested as pelvic appear round, oval, a small number of the irregular cystic or solid and cystic mass. There were mainly three types of image characteristics in the internal cyst： solid and cystic echo type to intensive light point type, type of sparse spot. All cases were confirmed by pathology and the accurate diagnostic rate of ultrasound was 90.4%. Conclusions The ultrasound is the preferred method for the diagnosis of ovarian endometriotic cysts and it could provide good image diagnosis and differential diagnosis information to gynecological surgery.
