摘要
目的了解沙井街道流动人口女性生殖道人型支原体(Mh)和解脲脲原体(Uu)感染的现状,以及对抗菌药物的耐药性分析研究,为社区医生的正确用药提供科学的依据。方法选取780例本街道流动人口女性生殖道感染的患者,进行人型支原体和解脲脲原体培养实验和药敏检测(微生物检验法)。结果 780例女性生殖道感染患者的结果显示,Mh和Uu阳性的人数为450名,其中Uu感染率44.36%(346/780),Mh感染率2.56%(20/780),混合型Mh+Uu感染率10.77%(84/780),总阳性感染率达57.7%(450/780)。在这些阳性的感染人群中,大多都是中青年女性为主,所占的比例高达76.89%。实验中的12种常见的抗生素的抗菌效果显示,Uu对交沙霉素、美满霉素、克拉霉素敏感性高,敏感率分别为100%、97.11%及94.22%;对环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星耐药性高,敏感率分别为0%、25.72%及26.01%。结论沙井街道流动人口女性生殖道支原体感染率较高,且以解脲脲原体(Uu)的感染为主,要根据相关的药敏性实验对抗生素进行合理的应用;沙井街道流动人口女性生殖道支原体感染对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素较为敏感。
Objective To understand the Shajing Street migrant female genital mycoplasma hominis (Mh) and Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection status and drug resistance, antimicrobial analysis, to provide a scientific basis for correct use of doctors in community. Methods 780 cases of floating population in the streets of female genital tract infection patients, experiment and drug sensitivity test of culture of Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum (microbial test method). Results the results of 780 cases of female genital tract infection, Mh and Uu positive number is 450. The Uu infection rate was 44.36% (346/780), Mh infection rate was 2.56% (20/780), 10.77% mixed infection of Mh+Uu (84/780), the total positive rate was 57.7% (450/780). In these positive infected people, mostly young women, the proportion of up to 76.89%. Display antibacterial effect of 12 kinds of common antibiotics in the experiment, Uu of Josamycin, minocycline, clarithromycin sensitive, sensitive rates were 100%, 97.11% and 94.22%; to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin resistance is high, the sensitivity rates were 0%, 25.72% and 26.01%. Conclusion a higher rate in Shajing street of the floating population of female genital tract mycoplasma infection, and Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection, according to the experimental drug sensitivity related to the reasonable application of antibiotics in Shajiug street; floating population of female genital tract mycoplasma infection of Josamycin, doxycycline, minocycline is sensitive.
