120例肿瘤手术患者抗菌药物应用的合理性分析

目的了解肿瘤手术患者应用抗菌药物的现状并评价其合理性,为临床正确使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法随机选取2009年10月到2012年6月期间本院收治的肿瘤手术患者120例,分析其用药的不合理。结果本组病例中抗菌药物应用不合理者占30.00%(36/120),治疗性用药和预防性用药的合理性评价差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。主要存在问题为用药时间过长,换药频繁,重复用药,联合用药搭配不合理等。结论肿瘤手术患者自身抵抗力低,感染因素多而复杂,抗菌药物的应用尤为重要,所以亟待加强对抗菌药物规范化应用的管理。
