腹腔镜手术治疗老年急性阑尾炎48例

48 cases of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of acute appendicitis in the elderly

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗老年急性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法 96例老年急性阑尾炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜手术。结果观察组下床活动时间、住院时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后观察组切口感染率少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗老年急性阑尾炎疗效佳。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic operation in the treatment ~ff elderly patients with acute appendicitis. Method 96 cases of elderly patients with acute appendicitis, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group use of open operation, the observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation. Results The observation group ambulation time, hospitalization time less than the control group, the difference was significant （ P〈0.01 ）. After the operation, incision infection rate in observation group than the control group, the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation in the treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis, good curative effect.
