重症手足口病早期观察与护理体会

The early observations and nursing experience of severe hand foot and mouth disease

目的总结重症手足口病的早期识别、早期救治及护理。方法对592例手足口病进行细致病情观察,及时识别早期重症手足口病并进行及时救治及护理。结果早期重症手足口病16例,15例患儿治愈,1例好转出院。结论加强细致的病情观察,早期识别重症先兆,及时早期救治及护理,可明显提高治愈率、减少并发症。

Objective To summarize the early recognition of severe hand-foot-mouth disease, early treatment and nursing. Methods To observe 592 cases of hand foot and mouth disease, rengnize early the early stage of severe hand foot and mouth disease and receive timely treatment and nursing. Results 16 cases of early stage of severe hand-foot-mouth disease, 15 cases were cured, 1 cases improved and discharged. Conclusion To strengthen the meticulous observation, early recognition of severe warning, implement timely early treatment and nursing care, can significantly improve the cure rate, reduce complications.
