从体育明星看中国体育慈善的现状及发展对策

The Present Situation and Developing Countermeasures of Sports Charity in China Viewing from the Aspect of the Sports Stars

从体育明星参与体育慈善入手,分析我国体育慈善的现状与问题,并为中国体育慈善的发展提出对策,重点指出我国体育明星参与体育慈善不足和体育慈善事业发展滞后的原因:体育慈善意识薄弱,缺少榜样人物;监管机制不完善,慈善事业面临信任危机;体育慈善机构匮乏,政治色彩浓厚;体育培养机制限制约运动员的慈善行为。研究认为:应加强体育慈善意识的教育和宣传;建设和完善慈善监管机制,提高公信力度;健全体育慈善组织,去除"行政化";改变现有的运动员培养机制等方面发展我国的体育慈善事业。

From the aspects of sports stars participating in sports charity, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of sports charity in China, and puts forward countermeasures for the development of Chinese sports charity, points out the reason why sports stars are lack of participating in sports in our country charity and the sluggish development of sports charity. The reasons are as followed： Sports charity consciousness is weak, and is lack of role models. Supervision mechanism is imperfect, philanthropy faces a crisis of confidence, sports charity is lack and has strong political color. Sports training mechanism limit the charity behavior of athletes. It is suggested that the consciousness of sports charity education and publicity should be strengthened, the regulation of charity mechanism should be constructed and improved, the public trust strength should be improved, the sports charity should be improved, the security administration should be removed, and the athlete training mechanism should be changed to develop the sports philanthropy in our country.
