摘要 了解南华大学学生体质健康现状。采用教育部、国家体育总局印发的《国家学生体质健康标准》,对南华大学2009、2010级与2011级学生二年级时的身高、体重、肺活量、柔韧与力量类项目、速度与灵巧类项目、耐力类项目共六项指标进行测试,用SPSS13.0软件对所测数据进行统计学分析。南华大学2010级学生体育成绩不及格率高达36.50%。体型肥胖者及营养不良所占比例较大并有逐年上升趋势,其中2011级肥胖率与营养不良率分别达到7.11%、8.04%。三个年级学生二年级时力量、爆发力、心肺功能等随年级增高有下降趋势,2009级与2010级学生的速度与灵巧类项目平均成绩没达到及格水平,其中2010级男生与女生成绩分数均值分别为48.78、47.53。结论:南华大学学生体质健康总体状况不理想,体型肥胖者及营养不良者比例较大,需要提高体育教学和体育辅导的针对性,引导学生加强力量、爆发力、心肺功能方面的训练。 Object:To find out the health status of students in University of South China. Methods: By means of State Health Standard in Students printed by Ministry of Education and the State General Sports Administration, the sophomores of University of South China were test about height, weight, lung capacity, project of flexibility and strength, project of speed and facility and project of endurance, Microsoft Excel was adopt to establish database and the data was analyzed. Results: Majority of sophomores are fail in the tests. Rate of failure in students of 2010 is achieved 36.50%. The overweight students and malnutritioned students have take a large proportion in a yearly rising trend. Overweight students of 2011 rate was 7.11%, malnutrition was 8.04%. what's more, the sophomores were declined in strength, explosive power, cardio-pulmonary function along with the increase of grade. Even students of 2009 and 2010 were failed on average in project of speed and facility, in which the average score of boys and girls of 2010 was respectively 48.78 and 47.53. The health status of students in University of South China is unsatisfactory and the overweight and malnutritioned takes a large proportion. More pertinency and awareness of life-long body-building should be planted to guide students to participate in physical training and other trainings of strength.
