湖南西部高校体育创意人才培养路径研究

The Path of Western Hunan College Sports Training Creative Talents

通过对湖南西部帮扶政策,西部地理文化资源特色,西部高校培养体育创意人才平台优势进行论证,从夯实的专业知识、符合社会发展需求的课程设置、创意引导的教师团队、多元化创意思维开发的课堂教学、校园创意文化的交流、实践教学和社会实践学习和锻炼的平台这几方面,对湖南西部高校体育创意人才的培养路径进行研究分析,旨在为今后体育创意人才在高校的培养提供有益的借鉴和启示。

Through analysis of the Hunan Western assistance policy, cultural resources of western geography, western college physical training creative talents platform advantage, from several aspects including professional knowledge solid, meeting the needs of social development curriculum, guiding creative team of teachers, classroom teaching diverse creative thinking development ,the campus creative, cultural exchange, the practice teaching and social practice, learning and training platform, this paper studies and analyzes the path of cultivating creative talents of Colleges and universities sports in Western Hunan, in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for cultivating future creative sports culture talents in Colleges and universities.
