摘要
以不同比例的鱼粉、豆粕为蛋白源 ,配以小麦粉、淀粉、鱼油、混合无机盐与混合维生素等 ,配制成蛋白质含量为 43%,鱼粉与豆粕的比例为 1 :0 0 0~ 1 :1 79的 6组配合饲料 ,并以小杂鱼为对照组饲料 ,喂养花鲈 (Lateolabraxjaponicus)。结果表明 ,花鲈的生长和消化率随着配合饲料中豆粕含量的增加而递减 ,但用豆粕鱼粉替代的比例在 40 %以下时并无显著差异。花鲈幼鱼适用配合饲料中鱼粉含量不应低于 40 %,鱼粉与豆粕的适宜比例为 1 :0 72~ 1 :1 1 5。
Effect of partially replacing fishmeal by soybean meal on growth, digestibility, food utilization of sea perch \%Lateolabrasx japonicus\% juveniles was studied in a laboratory.
