血必净治疗重症肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the the effect of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia

目的观察血必净治疗重症肺炎对患者免疫功能的影响和临床疗效。方法选择住院的重症肺炎患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组仅给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液。比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化和临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8）均较治疗前明显升高（t=4．95、4．89、4．96、3．13、3．11、3．09，均P〈0．05），观察组升高更为明显（t：3．89、3．56、3．78，均P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率为93．3％，高于对照组的76．6％（X2=4．55，P〈0．05）。结论血必净注射液结合西医治疗对重症肺炎具有良好的临床疗效，并且能有效改善患者的免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on T-lymphocyte subgroups and clini- cal efficacy in treatment of patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 60 patients with severe Pneumonia were select- ed into the study. The patients were randomly divided into Xuebijing group （ n = 30） and control group （ n = 30 ）. Pa- tients in the control group were given routine therapy. The Xuebijing group received the treatment of routine therapy combined with Xuebijing injection. The changes of T lymphocyte subgroups and clinical efficacy were compared be- tween the two groups. Results The levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 after treatment in Xuebijing group and control group were significantly higher than those of before treatment （ t = 4.95,4.89,4.96,3.13,3.11,3.09, all P 〈 0.05）, those in the Xuebijing group were significantly higher than control group （ t = 3.89,3.56,3.78, all P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the Xuebijing group was 93.3% ,which was significantly higher than 76.6% in the control group （X2 = 4.55, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with routine western medicine is quite effective in treatment severe pneumonia. Xuebijing can improve the immune function of patients.
