河北省县域中学英语教师专业素质现状调查

On the professional quality of English teachers in the country secondary schools in Hebei

县域中学英语教师专业素质的发展关系到教育改革的成败,也影响到均衡教育的发展。在调查问卷和访谈的基础上,以2010-2011年国培计划学员为例,调查了河北省邯郸市15个县区114名县域中学英语教师的专业素质现状,包括专业理念、知识结构和能力结构等,分析了教师素质结构中存在的问题以及造成问题的原因。

As the professional quality of English teachers is decisive to the success of reforms and balanced development of education,the paper reveals an investigation on 114English teachers from 15counties of Handan city,Hebei province,who are all members of the national teacher training program in the year of 2010-2011.The study centers on the professional conceptions,knowledge and ability of the teachers.
