摘要
"顶岗实习"是近年来高师院校在教师教育实践模式上的探索与创新。调查表明,"顶岗实习"有利于数学"准教师"的教师能力的提高,特别是在师范生基础能力、数学教学能力、拓展能力等方面得到了较好的训练。但调查也表明,这种模式仍存在诸多不足,需进一步完善,特别是要在实习前丰富实习生教育教学实践性知识、强化实习中的有效指导以及加强实习基地的遴选建设。
While in-post teaching practice is an exploration in the teachers universities in recent years,a survey shows that it is more positive than negative for the quasi teachers in relation to their practical competence and mathematics teaching.The survey also shows that this model is not intact.Pretraining,effective guidance,and construction of selected schools for teaching practice should be given sufficient optimization.
