摘要
目的观察不同剂量重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗(YDV)接种后的免疫学效果,探讨对大学生进行YDV接种的最佳剂量。方法选择2009、2010级新生8 545人,分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,分别用10μg×3和20μg×3剂量接种YDV。检测全程免疫后1个月、第1年和第3年乙型肝炎表面抗体(抗-HBs)阳转情况并作对比分析。结果Ⅱ组抗-HBs阳性率在全程免疫后1个月、第1年和第3年均显著高于Ⅰ组抗-HBs阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在校大学生接种全程YDV十分必要,接种剂量以20μg×3为宜。
Objective To observe the immunological efficacy of different doses of yeast-derived hepatitis B vaccine (YDV) and the optimal dose for the YDV innoculation in college students, Methods 8 545 college freshmen in the grade 2009 and 2010 were divided into the group I and II ,the group I received the YDV inoculation with a dose of 10 μg×3 and the group ]I with a dose of 20 μg×3. The status of positive conversion of hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) after 1 month, 1 year and 3 years of inoculation was investigated and the comparative analysis was carried out. Results The positive rate of anti-HBs in 1 month, 1 year and 3 years after the whole course vaccination in the group ]] was significantly higher than that in the group I , the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is necessary for the college students to receive the whole course YDV vaccination, and it is better to be inoculated with a dose of 20μg×3.
