摘要
目的探讨在外科护理临床见习中由学校教师与临床教师共同带教的应用效果。方法选取2010级专科护理2个班共98名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统的带教方式,由临床教师带教;实验组采用学校教师与临床教师共同带教方式。结果实验组学生病例书写和理论考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组学生问卷调查对临床见习效果的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学校教师与临床教师共同带教能有效提高外科护理临床见习效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of teaching by the school teachers together with the clinical teachers in surgical nursing clinical practice. Methods 98 nursing students were selected from 2 classes of the specific nursing in the grade 2010, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given the traditional teach- ing way by the clinical teacher, while the experimental group was given the teaching way by the school teachers together with clin- ical teachers. The teaching effects were compared between the two groups. Results The achievements of the case writing and the theoretic examination in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.01 ). The clinical practive effect evaluation by questionnair survey in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode by the school teachers together with the clinical teachers can effectively improve the effect in surgical nursing clinical practice.
