反相高效液相色谱法测定耳聋通窍丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Erlongtongqiao Pills by RP-HPLC

目的研究通过反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法测定耳聋通窍丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（40∶60）每100毫升加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g,检测波长为265 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min。结果盐酸小檗碱线性范围10.11~50.55μg/mL,平均回收率为98.9%,相对标准偏差为0.8%。结论RP-HPLC法测定耳聋通窍丸中盐酸小檗碱含量,该方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制耳聋通窍丸的质量。

Objective To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Erlongtongqiao Pills by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC）. Methods The determination was carried out with the Symmetry C-18 col- umn. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid solution （40：60） with sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS） 0.1 g in each 100 mL;the detection wavelength was 265 nm;the flow rate was lmL/min. Results The linear concentration range of berberine hydrochloride was 10.11-50.55 p,g/mL. The average recovery rate was 98.9% and the relative standard deviation（RSD） was 0.8%. Conclusion This RP-HPLC method is simple with accurate results, and can effectively control the quality of Erlongtongqiao Pills.
