2型糖尿病心脏自主神经病变的心率变异性分析

Analysis on heart rate variability of cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者心率变异性(HRV)的改变。方法观察36例T2DM患者(T2DM组)及34例健康成年人(对照组)24 h动态心电图HRV的长程时域分析和频域分析。结果 T2DM组HRV各指标均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HRV降低是检测T2DM患者早期心脏自主神经病变的一种敏感、方便和简单的方法。

Objective To investigate the alterations of the heart rate variability（HRV） in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods The long-time domain and the frequency domain analysis of HRV in 24 h dynamic electrocardio- gram in 36 patients with T2DM（the T2DM group） and 34 healthy adults（the control group） were conducted. Results All the pa- rameters of HRV in the T2DM group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistically significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HRV reduction is a sensitive, simple and convenient method to detect the early stage of cardiac au- tonomic neuropathy in T2DM patient.
