摘要 目的探讨双师制在病理检验实验教学中的应用。方法将2010级司法鉴定技术班35名学生,根据《病理学》成绩将学生依次排序,分为两组,排序为奇数者为双师制组(18名);排序为偶数者为传统组(17名)。双师制组采用双师制教学,传统组采用传统教学。比较两组学生的实验成绩。结果双师制组学生的课堂表现(t=4.718,P<0.01)、课堂问答(t=4.080,P<0.01)、实践操作考核(t=4.688,P<0.01)、病理检验实验成绩(t=4.925,P<0.01)明显高于传统组。结论双师制教学有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的团队合作意识,提高与规范学生的实践操作能力。 Objective To explore the application of the bi-teacher system in teaching of the pathological examination. Methods According to the rank of the Pathology scores,35 students of forensic identification were divided into two groups:the hi-teacher group (sorting by odd number, 18 eases) and the traditional group (sorting by even number, 17 eases). The bi-teacher group practised with hi-teacher teaching, while the traditional group practised with traditional teaching. The experimental scores were compared between the two groups of students. Results The scores of classroom performance(t=4.718 ,P〈0.01 ) ,classroom questions and answers ( t=4.080, P〈0.01 ), assessment of practical operation ( t=4.688, P〈0.01 ) and experimental scores of patho- logical examination(t=4.925, P〈0.01 ) in the hi-teacher group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group. Con- clusion The hi-teacher system teaching is helpful to stimulate students' learning interest,enhance students' sense of teamwork, improve and standardize students' practical operation ability.
