应用牙周病仿真牙列模型提高龈下刮治术教学效果的探索

摘要 目的探讨牙周病仿真牙列模型在口腔医学专业本科生龈下刮治术实验课教学中的应用价值。方法将61名学生随机分成两组,分别采用牙周病仿真牙列模型和传统石膏牙模型进行龈下刮治术的讲授、示教和操作练习,结束后按标准进行操作考核和统计分析。结果牙周病仿真牙列模型组和石膏模型组学生操作考核平均分数分别为(91.34±4.97)、(86.35±4.02)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周病仿真牙列模型的应用可显著提高龈下刮治术的教学效果,值得应用和推广。 Objective To evaluate the application value of emulational dental model of periodontal diseases in treating subgingival scaling in experimental lessons of undergraduate students in school of stomatology. Methods All students were ran- domly divided into two groups. The students used the emulational dental model and the traditional dental model for subgingival scaling teaching, demonstration and training in periodontal experimental teaching respectively. Then, all students took a subgingi- val scaling exam. The exam scores of all students were statistically analyzed. Results The mean exam scores of the student opera- tion in the emulational dental model group were significantly higher than those in the traditional dental model group (91.34±4.97 vs. 86.35±4.02 ,P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The application of emulational dental model of periodontal diseases can significantly im- prove the teaching effects of subgingival scaling for dental students, and deserves to be applied and promoted.
