小儿手足口病临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of hand-foot-mouth disease in childern

目的探讨小儿手足口病(HFMD)的护理对策及护理效果。方法随机选取2011年1月至2012年1月诊治的HFMD患儿50例,给予系统的内科治疗,并对其实施系统的整体护理,分析护理对策及效果。结果 50例患儿平均住院时间为(6.00±2.46)d,均获得临床治愈,治愈率100%,随访1个月无患儿复发。结论全面系统的护理在小儿HFMD中的护理效果明确,值得应用。

Objective To study the nursing measures and their effects in hand-foot-muoth disease （HFMD） in children. Methods 50 children patients with HFMD treated during 2011-2012 were randomly selected and received systematically medical treatment and systematic holistie nursing. The nursing measures and efficacy were analyzed. Results The average hospital stay length in 50 cases of H FMD was （6.00±2.46）d, and all recovered clinically with the cure rate of 100%. There was no case of recur- rence by 1-month follow up. Conclusion The comprehensive and systematical nursing has definite nursing effect in children HFMD and deserves to be applied.
